Shipping Policy:
All of the products on our site include FREE ground shipping within the continental United States. We do not ship to HI or AK. At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping or international.
Return Policy:
Buyer may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the item being delivered, as determined by tracking number. Arrangement and expense of the item to be returned are the buyer’s responsibility. To return an item go to the “Your Orders” section and request a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA, will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please note that any returned item without an RMA will be untraceable back to its buyer, and we will not be able to process the return and issue the refund. All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Buyer may not refuse delivery as a way to return an item. All refused delivery items are subject to deduction of the return shipping cost. Refunds will be credited within 1 week from date of arrival of the returned item. No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy period.
